Address Manager is a simple, but yet powerful address
management system. It has been designed for those that deal with larger number of addresses and frequently have
to do mailings of any form. Of course these tasks could be accomplished with Microsoft Word's Mail Merge or comparable
functions in Open Office (Star Office), Word Perfect. However, a Mail Merge is a rather complex function in Microsoft
Word, especially when you want to use the same data document for more than one mailing, let's not even begin to
think about filtering the addresses first because the mailing has to go to addresses in New Jersey (NJ) only, or
the mailing was only targeted at business relations! Address Manager makes these kind of tasks very simple.
Address Manager has a table for the States of the United States. It also allows the user
to define a relation. A contact can have a selection of the defined relations so that very specific selection is
possible.
